Biological twin sisters Linda ad Madalitso Kumbuyo have sparkled the movie industry in Malawi following the release of the movie "The Turn Around" on 20th August,.
Most viewers have fallen in love with the twins' outstanding acting. The movie tells a story of twin sisters phuziro and Mtendere who were orphans and were staying with their uncle pastor Tchonga.
In the movie, the girls (Phunziro and Mtendere) were being ill treated at their uncle's house. The ordeal climaxed when One of them died following a failed rape by their uncle.
Phunziro fled from the house to an unknown place only to return successful .
The movie produced by Aron Silanga was written by the twin sisters Linda and Madalitso Kumbuyo who are also in the movie on characters of Phunziro and Mtendere respectively.
Linda Kumbuyo said "i feel together we have a gift that can be used to transform lives through acting " broke the ice Linda.
"We are proud to be biological twins acting in a movie as twins as well, this is unique. Our goal is to teach and entertain the world out there hence people should expect a lot from us" she explained.
The twins who are also musicians also appeared in "The Family 2" released last year.
