On this second topic we are going to talk about BURNING DESIRE.
Let me share a story I read in this other book.
Once upon a time, there was a king who took his soldiers to war. As they reached the area they wanted to attack, the king stopped his soldiers by the lake shore and he said "we are burning all these ships we came on. This is to tell you that we are not going home until we win this war"
After the talk, the soldiers burnt down the ships.
You might be planning on starting a business or you already doing the business but the first thing to do is to ask yourself the reason you doing or want-to-do business for. Is it just part? Are you doing business because you waiting for the day you will find a good job? Or you want to do business because your life depends on it?
Before we continue I need to tell you one thing that no one ever became a billionaire through getting a monthly salary. In other words, you can not become as rich as you want or you see richest people out there if you planning on being an employee. The employers will only pay you the amount of money that they are sure that it will end before the month ends so that you can come again to work for more.
Do you now feel like being an entrepreneur? Well here is a tip, you need to become a full time entrepreneur so that you can be successful.
The story I shared only tells us that we have to leave that comfort zone and get into the battle. We need to burn everything that will make us think being an employee will make us successful and go into the real battle which entrepreneurship, the only Gateway to success.
I understand how hard it is here in Malawi to be an entrepreneur, not that we do not have opportunities no but traditionally we believe that you can be called a successful person if you have a good job that pays you half of the money that an entrepreneur makes in a week.
Guys, that used to work in 90s, in this our era we have millions of people looking for jobs.
