DNA whose real name is Daniel Kaliwo is one unique artist ever to have surfaced in the malawian music industry. DNA is a mixture of the old and the new. His mature writing which surely does not fully go with his age says it all. As the last born from a family of 6, he happens to be the only one in the family who possesses this musical trait. DNA comes from Thyolo, T/A Kapichi, home village Kapichi. He has 2 albums to his credit namely Mizizi, which was the first and Dziko la amuna. He is currently working on his third album titled "Che Kaliwo" a dedication to his whole family for always being there for him as well as for the support and encouragement. DNA is surely a force to reckon with in the music industry.
