"The Shapiers" is an Afro music duo comprised of Jules Mpano also known as "Small ShQ" and Dion Ntwali known by his stage name "Dion"and stays in Lilongwe Area 23. Their music journey hasn't been an easy one, but they got to be recognized when released their first track "Nditani". The song was premiered on various radio stations and including Zodiak in August 2018.
Later on in January 2019 the duo did the video and lucky enough it was also accompanied by a lot of TV plays with the likes of Zodiak TV, Rainbow TV, Angaliba TV and MBC TV.
Nditani earned more fame and established the duo in the music industry. People started appreciating the talent and approached "The Shapiers".
MASM which features "Buwa" is yet another success ever as it opened more doors in their artistic world. MASM also included a video which like Nditani received alot of TV plays on a number of stations. Our success was mostly under the help of Nyasa Music Promoters.
Just like many artists financial support and exposure is what restricts the duo's music career.
