MadalitsoDipa mostly known by his stage name as Dipa is a hip-hop and trap soul upcoming artist based in Lilongwe. Dipa started doing serious music back in 2016, though the journey has not been so easy for him being an upcoming but he fought hard for his career till where he's now.
He has decided to pour fuel on his fire by dropping a mixtape this year which comprises of 6 songs. Phyzix once said in some article that, upcoming artists should write songs based on real life experience and not about things that people don't really get. Dipa decided to use this advice in his "to be released" mixtape, speaking to our reporter he said that the songs in this mixtape are based on real life experiences expressing different moments.
The title of the mixtape is TEMPTATIONS UNKNOWN and the track titles in it are as follows (1) Die yung, (2) best life, (3) business, (4) Afro figer, (5) HNA & (6) Trust issues..
Dipa is inspired by many top hip-hop artists in Malawi including Episodes, Classic, Toast and many more. This makes him to see his picture joining the list of those top local rappers in the next two years, this will happen because of his hard work and also the big features he is about to deal. He added to say that people are starting to recognise his greatness and some of them have started to invite him for the features.
Later this year he will also drop an EXTENDED PLAYLIST (E.P) of his current Mixtape, just to tell the world that the fire he has lit up is not seizing up anytime soon. Dipa is sincerely asking people following him to expect so much from and also that people should give him a chance to listen to what he is having.
